Wednesday: English Landing @ 7 am; 3-6 miles
Thursday: Last Aquatic Workout!
Friday: Line Creek Trail; 7-10 miles (start at 6:30 am); 4-6 (start at 7 am)
Saturday/Sunday: On your own 3-5 miles
