Thursday: North Heartland Community Church at 7:30 pm. Run 4 miles
Friday: Park Hill track at 7:15 am Run 5-10 miles
Saturday: Park Hill track at 8 am Run 4-5 miles

*Experienced/Varsity Runners: 27-36 miles; New/Casual Runners: 18-25 miles.
