Summer Runs Week 6: July 13-19

Distance Goals for the Week:
New Runners:  15-25 miles
Experienced Runners: 30-38 miles

Monday:  Park Hill High School--4-6 miles followed by weights
Tuesday:  On your own 3-6 miles
Wednesday:  Line Creek Trail--4-7 miles
Thursday:  Aquatic Center for aqua jogging, core work, and strength
Friday:  Parkville Library--up to 8 miles.  Those going 6-8 meet at 6:30; those running less than 6 meet at 7 am
Saturday/Sunday: 3-6 miles
