- Athlete Physical
- Participation Fee ($45 made out to Park Hill)
- Running shoes
- Water bottle marked with the runner's name
Week One
8-22 total miles (based on skill and experience)
Monday: 2-4 miles
Tuesday: 2-4 miles
Wednesday: 2-5 miles
Thursday: 3-4 miles
Friday: 3-6 miles
Saturday or Sunday (on own): 3 miles/cross train/off
