Rim Rock Adjustments

Last night, the race director sent an email about adjusted times for the Rim Rock meet in Lawrence this Saturday.  A high of 85 is predicted for Saturday, so the race will be earlier in the day and hopefully cooler.

Nice job last night!  Second place as a team with three runners in the top ten for varsity; third as a team for JV with one in the top five!  It can be tricky business racing after school when we are so used to going in the morning, but I think we showed up and ran well as a team! Liberty Invitational Results

I am so proud of how we performed this week at the Liberty Invitational.  The results speak for themselves:  a combination of never settling as an individual and competing as a team is what gets results in this sport. 

The Varsity and Freshman teams both placed second in their divisions.  In the varsity group, there were only 34 seconds between the first and fifth team finisher, and all five placed in the top 25--that's impressive team running!
