Tuesday: Park Hill track at 7:15 am Run 3-4 miles
Wednesday: Park Hill Track at 7am. Run 4-6 miles
Thursday: North Heartland Community Church at 7:30 pm. Run 4 miles
Friday: Park Hill track at 7:15 am Run 5-10 miles (long run will be a day earlier this week)
Saturday: Park Hill track at 8 am Run 4-5 miles
Weekly Mileage Totals:
*Experienced/Varsity Runners: 27-35 miles; New/Casual Runners: 18-24 miles.
