JULY IS HERE! The season starts in less than a month! Make sure you are ready to go on August 4th by challenging yourself to go further and run more often this month. Your teammates are counting on you to do the work!
Monday: English Landing Park at 7am. *Experienced/Varsity Runners: 4-6 miles; New Runners: 4 miles.
Tuesday: Park Hill track at 7:15 am *Runners: 3-4 miles
Wednesday: Park Hill Track at 7am (check in with Coach Sweeney). *Experienced/Varsity Runners: 4-6 miles; New Runners: 3-4 miles.
Thursday: North Heartland Community Church at 7:30 pm (check in with Jill R. and Coach Davis). Runners: 4 miles
Friday: Park Hill track at 7:15 am *Runners: 3-4 miles
Saturday: North Heartland Community Church at 8 am (check in with an upper classman and Coach Davis) *Experienced/Varsity Runners: 7 miles; New Runners: 4-5 miles.
Weekly Mileage Totals:
*Experienced/Varsity Runners: 25-32 miles; New/Casual Runners: 16-22 miles.
